Let the Rain Come Down
"Katara!" I screamed at the top of my lungs, squeezing the waterbender's wrist as I dragged her along the muddy path. "I hate the rain!"
Her shoes squeaked to a stop.
"What?" Her big blue eyes tweaked wide, staring up into mine with her mouth agape.
A cold rush of droplets rippled along my spine and my entire body, rattling my frigid bones. I was surrounded by water, water, water everywhere… Drizzling down on us, trapping us in misty fog and grey skies. I remember the time I used to be afraid of water. The rain… I hated it.
